These terms govern your use of this website and any services you engage us to carry out. By requesting a quote or booking work, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the information you provide plus our site visit. Any changes to the scope may result in a revised price, agreed with you in writing before work continues.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you accept a written quote. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed. Larger projects may require a deposit.
Access & safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, including any pets being secured. We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions are unsafe.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
